The study of synchronous or asynchronous in (stochastic) neuronal populations is an important concept both theory and practice neuroscience. NPDS toolbox provides interactive simulation platform for exploring such processes MATLAB, looking through the lens nonlinear dynamical systems. includes two main components: neural population (de) synchronization, dynamics. One can investigate distribution controls on various models as HH, FHN, RH, Thalamic. Also, it supports many numerical approaches simulation: finite-difference, pseudo-spectral, radial basis function, Fourier methods. In addition, this be used phase shifting clustering.
